Our sunny, 100 square meter large event room in Lauterbach is spacious enough for 25 to 50 guests and is the perfect location for your next big party. The enchanting terrace and beautiful view of the Greifswalder Bay add to the charm of your once in a lifetime party.
Kormoran Restaurant has enough room for private functions for 51 to 70 people coming together for their own event. Our sunroom is also an extraordinarily beautiful place, with room for up to 25 visitors.
It’s especially important to us that you enjoy your events stress-free and lightheartedly - which is why we are here to spoil you with personal service offers. We’re happy to put together an individual offer including catering and overnight stays for you and your guests. Where conferences turn into an unforgettable experience for all participants: Our event room with a view of the sea offers room for up to 50 guests on 100 square meters.
Included in the price is a selection of top-quality technical equipment. Depending on your needs, you can either book the room for half a day (four hours) or a full day (24 hours). If your events are planned to last more than a day, participants can also stay overnight in our swimming vacation apartments on the water.
Details are especially important to us: We won’t only rent you a room, we are also ready to offer a large number of extra services to make your meetings successful. You can either book an extensive service flat, or a more simple, but no less strengthening coffee break with little treats for your pauses. We’re glad to make you an individual offer depending on your needs - just ask us and we’ll give you the most fitting offer. Of course, we’re also glad to help you work out a program for your free time: Organizing water sport events such as sailing courses with experiences skippers or a three-hour regatta are among our specialties. The regatta - a customer favorite - leads groups of four on a real race around Vilm Island. Starting signal, a real finish line and a festive award ceremony add to the unaltered regatta experience - with team building as an added bonus.
